Summertime is coming... For those of you who need a break from school, I hope you have an enjoyable and rejuvenating summer! For those of you who would like to continue making progress on your academic goals over the summer, we will be offering summer school. In-person classes will be offered June 28th - July 21st with the following schedule:
Mondays: 6-8pm Tuesdays: 9am-1pm & 6-8pm
You are welcome to attend in-person sessions for any of my three classes (ABE, HiSET Prep, and Diploma). There is also an option to work entirely online if that better fits your needs. Please call or email the office to get enrolled for the summer semester if you are interested.
HiSET Students: There are only a couple dates left for testing this spring. Get signed up now if you want to take advantage of these dates.
This summer we will be offering a short summer session to keep students involved in maintaining and developing English language skills. The in-person sessions will be Monday mornings and evenings from 8:30am-11:00am & 6:00pm -8:00pm on the following dates: June 21st, June 28th, July 12th, and July 19th. All currently enrolled students are welcome to attend these sessions.
Students can attend class in the classroom, or online from home. Attending class online is great for students to join the class even when out of town. The online classes have also helped improved our student's computer skills.

All current students will need to take a 2nd assessment test before the end of May, this is the post-test. The two assessment tests are requirements from the state for all Adult Schools. This will also help your teacher guide instruction in the areas that need improvement. Please contact the office to schedule your post-test as soon as you can. For students wanting to re-enroll for the 21/22 school year, this test will also count as your entry assessment.
2021-2022 Enrollments: Re-enrollment request forms for the 2021-2022 school year will be emailed out on August 2nd. For all currently enrolled students with a recent assessment test you will only need to complete an update form; watch your email for this form. All new students can complete a registration form (found on our website) starting on August 2nd. Pre-enrollment assessment tests will be scheduled in early August.
